Plug in Dash Mini Waffle Maker. When Light goes off, the waffle maker is heated to the correct temperature and ready to use.
Melt the Unsalted Betterine.
Whisk the melted betterine, egg, and coconut milk
In a separate bowl, mix in the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients in a measuring cup with a spout.
Spray the top and bottom of the Mini Waffle Maker.
Pour the batter into the waffle maker and close lid. Make sure not to pour too much, as the batter will leak out the sides.
Let batter cook for 2-3 minutes or until your desired doneness.
Remove waffle from waffle maker, and add additional batter until all batter is used.
